Divin (cognac) 5-years “Frunza Alba” is used before a meal to whet the appetite. A piece of balyk with lemon or a slice of slice of lemon with sugar will be an excellent appetizer to this cognac. The beverage is drunk out of liqueur-glasses, that are preferably to be made of delicate glass as it is possible to see the golden-and- amber color of the cognac through such glass. As ancient tradition has always existed to use cognac for dessert with fruits.
